Therapy, and Energy Work.
CranioSacral Therapy is a light touch approach that releases tensions
deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole
body health and performance. Many People have a belief that life is
difficult and healing is painful. CranioSacral Therapy uses delicate
manual techniques to release problem areas and allow the entire body
to relax and self-correct. With CranioSacral Therapy the healing
process can be gentle and subtle.
